Implement quantitative scenario comparison

We can start developing the quantitative scenario comparison page as we now have the virtual knowledge graph about the data tables. It should provide functionalities to send SPARQL queries to the virtual knowledge graph and transform the results in a proper format to be shown in the visualization page.
