Scenario Bundles: Ordering of titles does not work

Description of the issue

I assume this arrow means I can order the titles of the studies differently. When I click it, nothing happens. Additionally I suggest to order the titles of the studies alphabetically instead of in the order they were added.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Scenario Bundle overview
2. Click the arrow.
