The two input fields for Input / output datasets can be merged into one

Description of the issue

Users might be confused about why they can fill out two form fields to add an input or output dataset to a scenario definition when creating a scenario bundle.

Ideas of solution

We can merge the two fields into one. The user then only enters the name of the datasets and selects the name via autocompletion, or the user copies the URL of a dataset into the field and the related dataset is automatically detected via the IRI of the dataset.
