Scenario Bundle: Add delete & clone feature for scenarios, also validate user input

Description of the issue

Users should be able to remove scenarios form scenario bundles.

Also once they added a scenario it should be first validated before it is added otherwise we will allow empty sencarios on scenario bundles.

Ideas of solution

Describe possible ideas for solution and evaluate advantages and disadvantages.

Also, I think we should add the "clone" functionality. Users may need to copy a previously added scenario from a different bundle to their bundles.

@adelmemariani I think this is great. IMO this would be even better if the delete icon is closer to the scenario tab
