[OPR] Include review results from the "old" review process on GitHub

Description of the issue

As we're getting closer to completing the rollout, phase of the Open Peer Review feature on the OEP we should discuss how we handle the old review process.

Ideas of solution

• redo all reviews with the new process
• Check all tables that are not in model draft anymore if they have a review badge. If yes, show as complete. Also show the badge and link to the GitHub review in the Review result tab. The link to the review should also available in the metadata.
