Make Academy compatible with DALIA

Ideas of solution

Add DALIA metadata to Academy material.

yes - implement fix - can be added when uploaded to DALIA (e.g. Comunity = Open Energy Family no - will not be implemented now

I have a question concerning the authors of course 4: Why is Anne Siemons listed there? I could not find her as a contributor anywhere. Maybe @han-f, @amanda-wein or @Ludee could know more? And the same question for course 5: Why is Ulf Müller listed as author?
