Add VisualUnitsComponent

Description

This visual is implemented with D3.js, using units and conversions data pulled from redux.

Partly fixes #1224

For future development:

• Color code nodes and draw links based on connection type (https://github.com/OpenEnergyDashboard/DesignDocs/blob/main/archive/resourceGeneralization/resourceGeneralization.md)
• Construct a similar graph for Cik data
