Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Some types of resource usage relates to weather data, most notably temperature.

Describe the solution you'd like

OED should acquire and display temperature data (and maybe other if desired). It may also analyze the data to model usage.

Describe alternatives you've considered

OED does not have this feature.
