Update README.md: removed link to felix, added first steps to log in and configure
According to my testing and feedback from the community, the felix web console of the edge is not accessible and is not needed, as OpenEMS is configured via the UI. cf: https://community.openems.io/t/openems-release-2025-6-0-backend-docker-deployment-fails/10186/5
Also added some explanation how to get started by logging in to UI and configure. Based on https://openems.github.io/openems.io/openems/latest/gettingstarted.html#_run_openems_ui

@Sn0w3y If I got you right, this pr is also unnecessary. Feel free to close & sry for the noise.
@sjjh could you please close it yourself and maybe as i already suggested Communicate in the Forum before creating a PR if it is really necessary to create a PR as @sfeilmeier is already pretty overwhelmed (understandable) with this huge and great Project.
Maybe we should wait for Stefans Opinion on this aswell before closing it in the End as he has the last word on this Repo :)
ok, so I'll wait for @sfeilmeier feedback and then close it, if he suggests so.
