BatteryInverterCluster - Adds support for clustering of DC-parallel battery inverters

Added bundle io.openems.edge.batteryinverter.cluster

This supports the parallel clustering of battery inverters attached to the same battery.

The bundle operates in a similar manner to the ESS Cluster device (io.openems.edge.ess.cluster) where you must instantiate the individual inverters first and then the cluster.
