This is the first of a series of PullRequests with the goal to merge Consolinno heating drivers and controllers into the official OpenEMS Repository. First step is to introduce a set of different heater devices. Later the low level heating driver will follow. Finally followed by some controllers and UI components. This bundle is already reviewed by @DerStoecki, @wimmerp, @tsicking. We did that on a private repository. Unfortunately we noticed that too late. Will be done in the public repository in future PRs.
