What is the problem?

Given that WebODM hosts/runs within a native web-view, I think it would be a great improvement to UX for there to be a View Report button next to the View Map buttons once a task finishes processing (assuming the user didn't skip Report generation).

What should be the expected behavior?

This should take the user to an integrated document/PDF viewer within WebODM for quick perusal of the Report in the existing WebODM UI. Currently, they need to export the report to the host OS, navigate to it on disk, and then launch it in their system-default viewer. Obviously having a copy on-disk is great for archival and forwarding to others, but when one just wants to look at it after processing something, these extra steps are a bit of a paper-cut.

How can we reproduce this? (What steps did you do to trigger the problem? What parameters are you using for processing? Please include multiple screenshots of the problem! If possible please include a copy of your dataset uploaded on Google Drive or Dropbox. Be detailed)
