something to model complete set of aliases and mappings of title field in organisations
from slack 30 Nov 2021: Rob: some of the organisations aren't matching up correctly - SEPA rather than "Scottish Environment Protection Agency" and "South Ayrshire" is mapping to the HSCP where I think it should probably be the council...
Jack: Yeah the organisation field on the dataset needs to be an exact string match with the title field on the organisation record, otherwise they won't match up
Karen: I had council name tidy going on in the analysis from CTC23 but will make sense to move it to what you've got.
