OpenCppCoveragePlugin doesn't show up in Build menu after installing the extension. Visual studio express 2017

After installing the extension,(v 0.9.7.1), and restarting the project, the extension is visible under "Extensions and Updates" in "Tool" menu. But under "Build" menu, Run "openCCPcoverage" is not visible as mentioned at : "https://github.com/OpenCppCoverage/OpenCppCoveragePlugin/wiki". though the plugin is already installed, image below: Learning to work on Visual Studio, any leads to resolve this, would be appreciated.
