Case insensitive sorting unsupported warning when load state file

Describe the bug When load state file, these warnings prompt up:

warning: In unknown, line 0
warning: Case insensitive sorting unsupported in the posix collation implementation
warning: In unknown, line 0
warning: Numeric mode unsupported in the posix collation implementation

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'File'
2. Click on 'Load State File'
3. See the errors

Expected behavior There should be no errors
