Visualization of RGB volumes

We have initial support for creating volumes using the RGB channels when identically sized volumes are loaded. We need to add support to the slice module, volume module etc to actually view this data once loaded. In master the data can be loaded into merged channels, but nothing else can really be done with that volume once loaded.
