Provide a "duplicate filter" button for Heatmaps

Use case

As an analyst, I want to use heatmaps to represent and compare rows of similar data. Eg. Counts of reports per week for the Energy sector, with a row each for Electricity, Gas, Renewables, etc.

Right now, each row must be created independently from scratch, even though the filter is the same except from one condition

The request is to add a "duplicate filter" button under the previous filter created.

Current Workaround

Create each manually

Proposed Solution
