Creating indicator from observable works, but the UI freezes and needs to be reloaded

Description

In 6.2.0, when creating an indicator directly from an existing observable using the button as indicated in the screenshot below, the platform freezes. Navigating to any page results in an error. The indicator is created, and refreshing the webpage seems to work.

When creating the indicator through the switch in the create observable interface there is no issue.

Reproducible Steps

Steps to create the smallest reproducible scenario:

1. Navigate to an observable without an indicator (or create one)
2. Create an indicator using the plus button

Expected Output

The dialog should close.

Actual Output

The UI freezes and the page has to be reloaded.
