Unable to reset "Import from date" on a RSS Feed

Description

It's not possible to reset the "Import from date" field of a RSS Feed when a first one was defined.

Environment

1. OpenCTI version: 6.1.12

Reproducible Steps

1. Create a RSS feed ingestion with an "Import from date"
2. Update the RSS Feed and try to reset the "Import from date"

Expected Output

Be able to reset the current state date

Actual Output

Error of type: Validation against schema failed on attribute [current_state_date]: this mandatory field cannot be nil
