Description

When you are on dashboard/settings/customization/rules and scroll, page is always going to top at each refresh.

=> It is very difficult to choose rules to enable with this behavior.

This happens when something is changing in the header after automatic reload every 5 seconds:

You have to test locally with datasets, enable some rules to trigger re-scan and have the chart data / last processed date changing frequently.
