Generate documentation from backend model

We need to be able to generate some documentation based on our models within OpenCTI. The two main use cases are:

• Be able to explore the webhooks/mail template variables that are usable in the template and have an always up-to-date documentation on docs.opencti.io
• Have our database model exposed in the documentation.
