Change Revoked state from GUI

Use case

It would be great if we could change the revoked status for an indicator from the OpenCTI GUI.

Current Workaround

Export the indicator. Change the revoke state. Import the indicator

Proposed Solution

Add a drop down for revoked in the Update an indicator side bar.
