Ability select multiple observables (by manual (de)selection, filtering, etc), and create indicators based on selected observables in bulk

Use case

Lots of observables have been added, but indicators have not been created for the observables. This would allow a user to create indicators based on the observables all at once, instead of promoting them one by one

Current Workaround

Promote observables to indicators one by one

Proposed Solution

Create a functionality to select multiple observables, and promote them to indicators all at once

Also would like to request the same functionality in the opposite direction - the ability to select multiple indicators (STIX PATTERNING) and create observables from them.
