Security Coverage "Add Relations in Bulk" does not persist values
Description
As an analyst, it would be very, very useful to be able and copy and paste a list of TTP codes into the Edit in Bulk option on Security Coverage, to be able to populate the ATT&CK Matrix with my covered TTPs.
However, while this menu option exists in the UI and appeas to function as for other entity types, it does not appear to persist the entered changes, as adding a number of TTPs and then hitting Create, does not create any new relations.

6.8.17 on SaS

Edit: It does work, creating the relationship with coverage = 0 Empty. It just took some time to persist on that platform.
Leaving this open for now for PM to decide if this functions as desired.
Since it seems that there's no bug ( a screen refresh on my side allowed me to almost directly see the result), I'm closing this bug.
