[JoeSandbox] Create the connector

Use case

It would be beneficial to have a connector for files to be uploaded to Joe Sandbox.

Current Workaround

Proposed Solution

Develop a connector to allow users in the UI to upload files on command to JoeSandbox (public cloud, private cloud, and on prem). Users should be able to retrieve the report or a link to the report for viewing in OpenCTI. Having IOCs and other data automatically retrieved would be beneficial as well.
