[CISA KEV] Be able to run the connector on an interval shorter than 1 day

Use case

We would like to request that the CISA CVE connector have a significantly more frequent rate of update (once every 10 minutes instead of once every 24 hours) - this is a critical requirement for the team to effectively accomplish their tasks in OpenCTI in a timely manner (e.g., notify 10 min of critical exploited vuln).
