开源版本单机部署后模型同步功能不能使用

**Describe the bug** 按照官方文档下载（csghub-docker-compose-v1.5.0.tgz）安装包，修改SERVER_DOMAIN 使用./configure 进行安装，服务正常启动后，模型仓库页面无法从 官方模型仓库同步模型 **截图**     **操作系统** - ubuntu 24.04.02版本 - csghub-docker-compose-v1.5.0.tgz - SERVER_DOMAIN：ip地址

csghub-temporal-1 这个一直启动失败，我看是等待pgsql的启动。v1.5.1版本 ，机器重启前都能正常运行
