数据集或者模型集的导入

现在导入数据集或者模型，我要新建一个集合，然后clone到本地，然后在本地add，commit，push。 但是有些大模型或者大数据集，我已经从Modelscope或者huggingface拉到本地了，能否在持久化的目录中直接导入，而不是再add、commit、push。
