The size of the custom tab bars on the homepage changes

When you click on the homepage of OpenCSG, the custom-created tags initially appear as large bars, then gradually refresh to smaller bars one by one until all the tab bars become small.

1. create some customed tags.
2. click the homepage or model lists in opencsg
3. show tags on left side
