[Model sync bug] The tags of models or datasets not been synced

Describe the bug

I deploy the csghub on my cumputer and tried to sync models from opencsg.com, after syned, I found that the tags of the model not been synced.

Environment CSGHub Version: v1.0 OS: Linux Launch: docker compose

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to models page
2. Click on a model card to the model detail page
3. Click the sync button
4. Model tags not been synced
