`make` gets stuck according to setup.md

Describe the bug According to the given setup.md, I follow the guide and get to run make, but this command gets stuck and never end.

My .envrc file is following:

Environment CSGHub Version: latest source code OS: MacOS.. Hardware: M1 Pro chip Launch: source code

To Reproduce follow setup.md until "### Starting Both Frontend and Backend Services", and run make.

Expected behavior Both frontend and backend run successfully.
