Add Filter for climbs

We'll want to be able to search climbs by

  • name
  • grade
  • discipline

Leave room in the future to filter by

  • stars
  • description - technical, overhung

do we want to handle this in our API or outsource it to an external search service? (Currently, we're using Algolia)
