Add tags to images within the PhotoGalleryModal

As a user, I want to see tags in images within the PhotoGalleryModal, much like in pictures within a user profile page.

Current view (notice no tag overlayed onto the image):

view to emulate: if no climbs are tagged, only show the + new tag, if climb(s) tagged, show the + new tag and the new tag,

To keep the scope small we can just display existing tag(s) and link to the owner's profile.

When you say existing tag, I am assuming you meant like my example above showing the tag, would a link to the owner's profile be another badge floating on top of the image?

Yes.

There's an add new tag button (+ New tag) in the 2nd screenshot. I'm proposing not to support that for the time being. Simply link to the owner's profile and all the tags
