Show loading icon and fetched ticks

Current Behavior

The get ticks modal closes abruptly after fetching ticks from MP.

Possible Solution

After a user clicks on "Get Ticks!", we should show a loading icon indicating that a user's ticks are being fetched. Once complete, we should show a simple modal of the ticks that were fetched or a link to where they can view all their ticks.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to your profile and import ticks.

This is partly done - the page redirects to the user's ticklist when completed. It might still be useful to show which of those ticks were part of the import.

Still need to show loading icon/progress indicator.

I think we need the ability to manage the list, view, update, delete.
