Links in description should be clickable

What would you like to be able to do? Please describe. I understand that markdown can be used in the description to create clickable links but ideally plain links pasted into a description should be automatically clickable.

For example the link on this page: https://openbeta.io/climbs/5da7ac61-f5b5-5837-be8f-0b2db94e5bee
