Order Payment Missed, Leaves Order in Awaiting Payment for Seller

I don't think we have an issue tracking this yet.

I've been able to reproduce this bug several times now when testing. Sometimes an order is paid for, but the seller node does not mark the order as paid, leaving it stuck in AWAITING_PAYMENT while the buyer node has it in PENDING.

I haven't noticed a pattern yet for why this happens, it seems to be random every 1/10 to 1/20 orders.
