Dispute Order Button in Different Location for ZEC

It's kind of weird that the Dispute Order button appears in a different place in the order details screen if the coin is ZEC (or other coins that don't support the escrow expiring, I assume).

It would be better if the interface was more consistent. What do you think, @morebrownies ?

@morebrownies But please do look through the designs for this section for full context, because multiple other buttons end up in that timeout view:

So, if we take the Dispute Order button out of there, we might be introducing another inconsistency with buttons sometimes in there and sometimes not.

Not sure I have a horse in this race, but just want to be sure you have the full context before deciding.

It seems both approaches introduce inconsistencies (as @rmisio pointed out). In either case, the Dispute Order button is so hard to miss because of its bright red color. We primarily want to make sure people can find it when needed. Since it is so hard to miss, I think it's fine to display it in the in left column in some scenarios when needed (e.g. using ZEC).

That's my super quick thoughts without digging deeper.

What effect does this have on the timer which is nonexistent? pressing the dispute button on ZEC order give error.
