Make Copy Links Look Consistent

We use copy links in several places in the app, but they aren't consistent. Most of the time they are green, and are replaced with a "copied" message when clicked.

Other times they are dark grey, or a button, and/or a more specific copied message appears somewhere else on the page.

This is a low priority cosmetic issue, but it would be nice to standardize this eventually.
