Add Page Size Selector to Search Results

The number of results returns per page on the search screen is currently hard coded. The users should have a control that allows them to set it to something else. This is especially important for users with slow connections that want to load less results per page.

Once set, that setting should be stored, and applied every time to the search results.

Also the ability to jump to a specific page number, last page, first page may be useful?
