Moderators Not Added To Existing Listings

DuoSearch noticed that some vendors have listings with different sets of moderators. When the moderators are changed in Settings, all listings should be updated with the new set of moderators.

I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.

Example: ob://@repaaa/listing/536ea4675dbbf6acaa2fe1c49af0b8739debe32b has OB Central and Sardokan as moderators.

ob://@repaaa/listing/1469a43660cc5b30558612e15a96ceec8bca80a8 only has Sardokan.

My guess is old software (i.e. vendor hasn't updated).
