Allow email notifications to be sent via tor to a hidden service

As an enhancement to email notifications, it would be great to be able to send emails to a tor hidden service. In particular, as the smtp server, I would like to use sigaint

Obviously, the user should be responsible for installing and configuring tor. Given that some tor installations use different default ports (9050 and 9150), this port should be specified in the client.
