Add auto-reconnect to the openbazaar server

Brief Description: I use my laptop at work and at home. Each time I change location I have to manually click the "Retry" button in the OpenBazaar client to reconnect to my remote server.

Operating System (OS and version): Windows 10 OpenBazaar version (shown on About OpenBazaar page in menu): 1.1.5 Hardware: Asus laptop (irrelevant?)

Reproducible (Always / Almost Always / Sometimes / Rarely / Couldn't Reproduce): Always

Steps to reproduce: 0. Use a remote OpenBazaar server

1. Close laptop
2. Go to work
3. Open laptop

Observed Behavior:

The client needs a manual input in order to reconnect - that means twice everyday, when going to work and when coming back. Or at least once, when coming back home. If the user forgets to reconnect, he will miss notifications that potentially should be dealt with shortly.

Expected Behavior:

Automatic reconnect, even if sporadic (a try every 5 minutes) or it being an option that can be configured.
