Buttons and tooltips are not responsive to long texts

Some elements (buttons and tooltips) are not responsive to long texts. On translations that take two rows to display or that have longer sentences, text gets out of the element.

We're going to have to truncate all buttons at some point. In certain areas space is limited and translations can run very long.

Truncating isn't ideal, since that will make the truncated buttons unreadable or misleading. It's not an easy thing to solve, we may have to put thought into making the overall design more responsive and flexible.

Why not making the text smaller (up to let's say 8-9px) based on the text length? http://jquery-textfill.github.io

If the text is too long and would it have to become smaller than 8-9px, it could be truncated and visible in a tooltip on hover to get the whole meaning.
