feat: Add CITATION.cff file for software citation

I can't found orcid url for each author, so it's just what I got.

With this file, GitHub will auto generate the citation for you automatically in APA and BibTeX format. It's pretty useful.

It has copy & paste feature and we can track citation in this single file.
