如何关闭async模式？

目前我通过测试发现，openai async 模式会造成 APIConnectionError: Error communicating with OpenAI错误。

排查了openai 代码和macos及windows环境测试，均会在开启vpn情况下报错，但是没有找到关闭async模式的开关，是否有这个开关？在代码中能看到有同步执行的代码，特意问问。

Currently not supported. We have tested on macos, when the http_proxy is configured appropriately (configured to the address and port listened by clash or any other tunnel app), it should work fine.
