Add ThinkPulse Active Electrodes Mode to Control Panel for Cyton/Cyton+Daisy

Problem

24x gain when using the active electrodes is too high. Currently, users have to open hardware settings and load a custom setting. This is not ideal once an Ultracortex has been modified to use all active electrodes with Cyton or Cyton+Daisy.

Also, we cannot check impedance using injected current on active electrodes, as confirmed by OpenBCI team AND ThinkPulse electrode developer in the OpenBCI forum.

Expected

Automatically set a lower gain for all Cyton channels on session start if a check box (initial idea for fix) is ticked.

Also, remove Cyton and Cyton+Daisy impedance buttons in the TimeSeries widget. This could mislead new users.

Also, add information to the docs specifically stating that the best way to check signal with active electrodes is the "Railed Percentage" information. This does allow us to check the signal of all electrodes at once, instead of one at a time with injected current from the ADS1299 chip. In fact, it is not possible to check the signal of the ThinkPulse active electrodes using injected current since they are active electrodes.
