[Bug] Portfolio Optimization Template is not usable as a template.

Using the file supplied in: openbb_terminal/miscellaneous/portfolio/allocation_example.xlsx:

• Unclear as to how one is supposed to use this file.
• Cannot be used for analysis over time or anything but what is explicitly entered in the "current invested amount" column.
• Allocations based on the Current Invested Amount column do not take into account currencies, and therefore do not produce a usable output.
• Europe and Asia are not a countries, they are regions.
• Calculations are all done manually. Adding anything not already explicitly declared requires making new formulas in the spreadsheet.
• Government Bonds and Corporate bonds are not sectors, they are asset classes.
• "Total Market", "Long Government", "High Yield Bond", "Inflation-Protected Bond" are not industries.
• Unclear why this file needs to be painstakingly created when this information is already known by the "order book" being loaded.
