[IMPROVE] Unhide all Presets and Routines by Moving Files to UserData Folder.

Currently, users can place presets into the OpenBBUserData folder, but key files are still hidden. In order for users to create their own presets, they need templates and reference examples for how to set them up properly. The easiest way to create a preset is to modify an existing one, and we have hidden all existing routines and presets.

Moving all preset files and routines to the ~home/OpenBBUserData/ folder is a simple solution that would solve this issue.
