[Release] Patch openbb-core-1.3.5

  1. Why?:

    • This PR is for releasing openbb-core which will resolve CVE-2024-47874 for PyPI installations.

Note: This package has not been published yet, if there are any last minute emergencies between review and publishing, there is still time to address.
