[Bug] Dashboards don't work in docker

Describe the bug Dashboards don't work in docker - since the dashboards are displayed in a web browser, probably the menu should be disabled altogether for docker.

To Reproduce

dashboards
stocks -n

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu
  • Docker image
